MD or DO degree from an accredited medical school Board Certified or Board Eligible in Pediatric Hospital Medicine Valid state medical license Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking skills Commitment to providing high-quality patient care
